1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RelayDash ("the Service"), operated by RelayDash ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RelayDash is a fleet management dashboard for Amazon Relay carriers. It allows users to upload Amazon Relay CSV exports and view trip analytics, driver breakdowns, revenue KPIs, and generate reports. The Service requires a paid subscription after the first free upload.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use RelayDash. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier

New users may upload one CSV file at no cost. Additional uploads require an active paid subscription.

Paid Plans

RelayDash Pro is available on a monthly ($19.99/month) or annual ($190/year) subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at billing@relaydash.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload CSV files containing data you do not own or have permission to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all trip data and CSV files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload does not violate Amazon's Terms of Service or any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The RelayDash name, logo, design, and all software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Financial figures shown in RelayDash (revenue, pay estimates, etc.) are derived from your uploaded data and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial or legal advice.

RelayDash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Amazon Relay.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, or business - arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
