Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service. We store this to identify your account and personalize your experience.

Trip & CSV Data

When you upload an Amazon Relay CSV file, we parse and store the trip data (routes, dates, mileage, revenue figures, driver names, tractor IDs) in our database on your behalf. This data is associated with your account and used solely to power your dashboard.

Annotations

Any notes, payment flags (driver paid, company paid, factored), or other annotations you add to trips are saved to your account in our database.

Payment Information

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details - Stripe handles all payment data directly. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account access.

Usage Data

We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the RelayDash service
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To display your trip history, KPIs, and dashboard data
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (e.g. subscription receipts) - we do not send marketing emails
• To improve and debug the product

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database hosted on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest. Authentication is handled by Auth.js with Google OAuth - we never store passwords.

Access to your data is restricted to your account only. We use Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure no user can access another user's data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted third-party services required to operate RelayDash:

• Google - for authentication (OAuth 2.0)
• Supabase - for database and storage
• Stripe - for payment processing
• Vercel - for hosting and deployment

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and trip data for as long as your account is active. If you delete an upload or clear your history, that data is permanently removed from our database. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

8. Children's Privacy

RelayDash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
